hi you didn't state your age, but my advice if your old enough to be ually active you are old enough to be a big girl and start going to a gynecologist. Yeast infections happen for a number of reasons. Sometimes antibotics even lessen your immune system. See a doctor, but in the mean time...yogurt...plain, topically and ingested
