How to get my rabbit to let me catch it?

Get into a routine, for instance, just as it gets dark, fill their food bowl up, put some veg in their cage and say something like 'rabbit, in!' or 'bed' or 'food' or what ever, and eventually they learn, and when picking them up put one hand in front of them to stop them moving forward and one behind, and when you pick them up, make sure your hand is right under their bum as it is very heavy for them.
