Harry potter question: occlumency/legilimency?

Well Harry has the connection with Voldemort because when Voldemort tried to kill Harry when he was a baby, voldemort accidently put part of his soul in to Harry. That is why harry can speak to snakes, and why he has a connection with Voldemort. Voldemort is putting the images in harrys head by the power of legilimency as he is invading harrys mind, not trying to block him out.
