Cooking shows for kids..?

I've told my kids that they are going to start to watch 30 min a day of a cooking show. There are many informational shows in tv about being constructive not destructive. This isn't a punishment and I want it to be something they enjoy. I obviously don't expect them to get up and cook a gourmet meal, but everything sticks in your mind. Any suggestions of a good cooking show? I don't want it kiddie oriented, but I'd like the meals to be a little simpler than fondue etc. So they don't get list in terminology. Anyone ever do anything like this, if so, any recommendations? We all have different parenting styles and like to try new things. Recommendations please..
