Religion - Is it appropriate?

You're absolutely right. It makes me so angry when people ask about contraception which is a completely reasonable question as it isn't always clear and people do get confused, and all they get back is 'abstinence is the only form of contraception, it's against God's will'. I do philosophyy and I hate it when people bring their religion into the lesson, it isn't appropriate at all. I appreciate it's some people's culture and that's completely fine but you can't always make it applicable to every situation. Are you a person or are you a religion?
