Getting Fired? Please tell me what you would do...?

Quickly look for another job. Remember its business and its not personal. They don't owe you a real reason to fire you and if you confront them about it, it makes everything worse. Because now you are known as an "in your face kinda gal". Nobody wants to feel intimidated and because you confronted them in this manner they will definitely try to replace you. It's nice to get proper training but everyone is not going to do that for you, and if you have been there for a month 40 hours a week and still asking a lot of questions they are questioning if they hired the right person. You don't have to be a genius in 1 month but pretty independent. Don't warn them that you are searching for a new job. Just do it on your own time. And give them a weeks notice when you have confirmed your new job. And don't use them as a reference. The best thing you could have done in this situation was only talk to your immediate supervisor and not have two people involved. Your a smart girl and can see the hand writing on the wall. Its good that you stood up for yourself but those kinda things always have consequences. Pick your battles carefully.
