Drug Addiction & Cronic Pain?

Wow. That's an extremely high amount of pain meds. If 1 doctor is prescribing you all these, then I say you are fine. The doctors only gives you want is necessary to maintain the pain. You are not a junky and need his permission to take prescribed medication. Unless you are not taking them as prescribed. Why would he want you off narcotics if it is what is prescribed for a legitimate medical reason?
