What are somethings I should intake when doing a week of intense cardio+workouts?

I run the mile in 6:10 but i always have fish chicken vegetables alot of fruit muscle milk uhm carrots and such salad lol you got most of it and if your a pop drinker, i hope not. try Blue sky its all natural no sugar. and such just carbonated water and all natural flavor they;re kick ***. anyways good luck.
