How do I extend my normal voice range or...?

I believe that at the moment I am a baritenor, meaning Im not a full tenor but not fully a baritone. I've always been told that I have a nice falsetto but i beg to differ. It seems I have a 4 or 5 note break between my falsetto and my natural voice, I kinda want to extend one of the other, like make the falsetto lower or get the normal a little higher. Any help?
