If Mick Foley came back to WWE what role should/would he play?

If Mick Foley came back to the WWE, than I think he would be a phenomenal selection to be revealed as the Anonymous General Manager of Monday Night Raw; it could lead into some great storylines, the setting of new entertaining angle on Raw and maybe interesting new feuds as well. It all would work well especially based on the past actions, his character as commissioner has always been something similar to the current Anonymous GM of Raw.
