I want quick, easy and cheap divorce?

I am going to file for divorce in the soon future. My husband and I dont live together. Actually, he doesnt live in USA , as he was recently deported for a crime. I had to file bankruptcy because of all the debt we got into, so after that, we wont share any debt or property. We have 2 children, but custody wont be questioned because he doesnt even live here. I do not get anything from him, no child support or any other benefit. The question is, how should I file for a divorce? I heard you can do it without a lawyer since we wont have anything to fight about. I dont have money for divorce attorney at this time. Can I just go to courthouse and obtain all the necessary forms to get this process started? Will a judge grant a quicker divorce based on the cirstances?
