Beagle help how to get them to not runaway while off a leash?

so i have a one year old beagle name tally like tally Ho lol who is a fast learner but i need help with one thing and that is for her to be off her leash and not run .because they are hunting dog they are used for smelling the sents of things and following them and thats what she dose .and yes she is spayed.
